Apollo PU Foam is a single-component polyurethane adhesive designed for sealing, filling, and insulating gaps and cavities in construction and household applications. Upon dispensing, it reacts with atmospheric moisture to expand into a foam and cure into a durable material.

Instructions for Use:
- Preparation:
- Clean the application surface: remove dust, grease, and ensure it is dry.
- Shake the can vigorously 20-30 times to mix the contents.
- Attach the nozzle (or mount to a foam gun if using the professional type).
- Application:
- Turn the can upside down (bottom facing up) for even flow.
- Place the nozzle near the gap, press the trigger to dispense, filling only about 50-70% of the gap (it will expand to fill the rest).
- Apply from bottom to top for even expansion.
- Finishing:
- Wait 10-15 minutes for surface drying; after 40 minutes, trim excess foam with a knife.
- Allow 24 hours for full curing before painting or applying topcoats.
- Cleaning:
- If using a gun, clean immediately with Apollo Foam Cleaner or acetone to prevent curing inside the barrel.
- Wipe off excess foam from surfaces before it cures.
Precautions:
- Safety: Wear gloves and a mask during application to avoid skin contact or inhaling vapors. Rinse immediately with clean water if contact occurs.
- Temperature: Do not apply below 5°C or above 35°C, as it affects expansion and adhesion.
- Quantity: Do not overfill gaps (50-70% is enough) to avoid waste and difficult cleanup.
- Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or high temperatures (>50°C) to prevent explosion risks.
- Interruption: If stopping work for more than 15 minutes, clean the nozzle/gun immediately to prevent clogging.
- UV Protection: After curing, protect the foam from sunlight with paint or silicone to maintain durability.
