Usage Instructions
- Surface Preparation:
- New Surface: Clean off dirt, grease, and contaminants with soap and water or specialized cleaner. Rinse and let dry completely.
- Rusted Surface: Remove loose rust with a wire brush or sandpaper. For stubborn rust, use a grinder or rust remover. Surface must be clean, dry, and dust-free.
- Masking: Use newspaper, plastic sheeting, or tape to cover unwanted areas.
- Shaking: Shake the can vigorously for at least 1 minute before use.
- Test Spray: Spray a small amount on an unimportant surface to check color and spray pattern.
- First Coat: Hold the can about 25-30 cm from the surface. Spray evenly in a back-and-forth motion for a thin, even coat. Avoid heavy spraying to prevent runs.
- Drying: Let the first coat dry completely according to manufacturer recommendations.
- Additional Coats: Apply 1-2 more coats for better durability and protection, ensuring previous coats are fully dry.
- Clean Nozzle: After use, invert the can and spray until only gas escapes to prevent clogging.
